FSOT: IWC Aquatimer 2000, Full Set
For sale is an IWC Aquatimer 2000 with a crisp white dial and an IWC rubber strap. This is a full set with box and papers (the warranty card is stamped by a well known jeweler and dated November 2010).
This watch is in very good used condition. I’ve only owned it for about a week - it came to me in a trade and the size is just not right for my wrist, so I’m moving on. I’ve tried to highlight some imperfections in the case by photographing the watch in unfavorable lighting. In “real life” these imperfections are hardly noticeable. That said, although the case is free of dents and major defects, this is a nearly 10 year old sports watch that has been worn regularly, and it’s not in mint condition. If you’d like to see additional photos, please shoot me a message and I’d be happy to take some. The watch seems to be running well and keeping good time. I’m not sure of the service history. The crown winds smoothly, the date changes when it’s supposed to, and when I wore it to the movies last night, I didn’t miss the previews. Asking Price: $2900 OBO via Paypal F&F. I’ll cover shipping/insurance in the CONUS. Not really interested in shipping this thing internationally, but if you’re a a serious buyer from overseas (or Canada!) and willing to cover shipping costs feel free to send me a message and we can see if a deal can be worked out. I’m located in New Hampshire and happy to arrange a face to face deal almost anywhere in New England. Trades? Sure! Let me know what you’ve got. I’m a little diver heavy right now, so would lean toward other genres of sports watches, or even dress watches, and would much prefer to trade down and take some cash.
