Ladies Datejust question

Hello all,
This watch was offered to me by a coworker. Honestly ladies watches were never on my radar so I have zero knowledge.
Any idea what is the reference number and how $3000 sounds for you.
If the deal makes sense I need to spend another $200 for authentication and surprise my wife.
Thanks

Aftermarket dial and bezel. Need more pics of the watch and bracelet to be decisive on the rest. Bracelet is stretched. Price is good. It's a 28mm Lady Date Just, ref 69173.

Man get your wife a better Rolex than that. And buying an item like that from a coworker seems like an all around bad idea.

I don't see any red flags, I surmise that the dial and bezel is aftermarket (or you could call them fake) and that the bracelet is well worn or stretched. It's not a bad price though.

Thanks all. I wasn't planing to buy watch for my wife at all, she enjoys more Caribbean vacations than jewelry. This one came out of the blue. Most likely I will walk away.
Thank you again.

$3k for that watch is not a good deal, not even close.

My bad.. $3k is about £2.4k where I come from, and I usually see this reference priced anywhere from £3-4k.
