Tudor UK contact details

HI all, does anybody have an email address for Tudor UK (Guessing they are based at Rolex RSC St James Square)

Had my Tudor GMT since September 2018 has worked perfectly (occasional wear and been on watch winder to keep going), worn it for a solid week while away and its worked fine up until yesterday, at midnight date changed from 17 to 18 but it jumped forward between 18 and 19.

Set it back to 18th and its changed to 19th today correctly but wanted to email Tudor to make them aware and see what they say, I can take it down to RSC London (bout 45 mins on the train) but would rather speak to them first.

Fully aware this is an issue with them and I have been lucky up until now!

Picture of it while away

They keep their e-mail adress a closely guarded secret.

You can however phone them.

Bit annoyed I did have some emails with RSC last year but have since lost the email address, will call them tomorrow. I'm guessing they are going to want to see some evidence of it stuck between dates (which I dont have at the moment) so guessing I need to let it to get stuck again now.

I wouldn’t think they’ll want to see evidence. It’s a well known problem in there so I suspect there will be no issues.

They took in and repaired mine with no incorrect date showing when I went in.

I would expect an in person contact to be far more productive than an "email" that will likely get spam filtered.

I think your problem is a well known problem and can be fixed by the RSC quickly and easily.

There have been several posts in this forum about the issue.

Yes because there are no "poorly built Rolexes : are there.

To the OP I hope you get it sorted out quickly and to your satisfaction.

Surprised, alarm went off at 8am and had already had a reply email from them!

Bring it in to RSC London. it will take 5-7 days to repair, RSC London will be closed in 2 weeks time for 9 months as well apparently.

Guessing while its there they will "service" it, are they likely to clean it up? I mean its not been worn much at all but does have a few scratches in it.

Tudor/Rolex will not service the watch, they will pull the current movement and replace it with a new movement. They will check the timing and functions and then return the watch. There were some other posts on the Forum about this practice but several manufacturers are doing this as a time and cost saving step. I own the Tudor GMT and really like it and have had no issues. They will get it sorted out for you.

Watch came back from Rolex Service Centre last week, Strangely 1 year to the day that I got it actually. I took my Rolex service pouch to pick it up but they had sent it back with a new Tudor red/black service pouch!

It went to the Kent service centre in the end, got to admit the service team leader at St James Square kept in contact with me via email even though it wasn't in the st james square service centre. I have asked him what they have exactly changed but don't think he will divulge that. They were awaiting parts at one point.

Unfortuately it also looks like its still "broken". So have had to email the service centre again.

Been wearing it for a few days all seemed well, then noticed today the GMT hand had stopped, I had the hand set to GMT and the hour hand set to GMT+1 for british summer time. At 1900 it should of been showing 1800 on GMT hand but was showing 1300. Then noticed the date window didn't change after 0000, which it always used to change at around 0001. So manually wound it forwards and backwards a few times and it appeared to get stuck in between dates again.

Taken a few photos and sent to the service centre via email. Its set correctly again now so will monitor for another 24 hours.

Turns out its working fine, rolling it backwards and forwards will cause the date window to move strangely, since "resetting" it, its been fine, flicked the date correctly at 0000 as expected and the GMT hand is working correctly.
