Advice on Sub 114060 - Genuine or Fake?

Hi Folks,

Long-time lurker and I am finally in the position of acquiring my first Rolex.
Have my eye on this Rolex from a local seller, but want to have it passed for authenticity before I fully commit given the quality of good fakes in the market.

The serial # at the 6 o'clock matches the receipt - how hard is it to fake a receipt? - make subsequent fakes from a real serial? (sorry, if being uber paranoid)
