2019 Sky-Dweller Green Box?

Hi all,

When I purchased my new Sky-Dweller this year. I was told by the AD that all new Sky-Dwellers come in green boxes.

Just wondering, why the majority that I see listed on here and some other places still carry the old boxes?

Don't Rolex ship the new boxes with the watches? Or are that ordered separately by the AD?

Watches arrive from Rolex to the AD in clear plastics boxes or coffins as they are known. The AD puts them in a box for you, you get whatever they have at the time. There are guidelines as to which box a watch goes in, but you get whatever the AD has if they don't have the correct box.

I’ll add that, according to my AD, SS watches goes in the smaller green box. PM watches, which includes the SS SkyD (WG bezel), goes into the large green box.

I received the normal medium box with the SS Sky-D I purchased yesterday (green outer, beige inner).

This green box was from 2013? Oh, I thought it was like for the newer Sky-Dwellers with the stick lume.
