WTT: Vintage OysterQuartz for Rolex sports model.

I have a vintage circa 1980 oysterquartz 17000 serial 6xxxxxx, ss with a black dial. As much as I know I will miss it, I currently want a sports model rolex. The watch is in excellent condition with almost no strech on the bracelet and only one ding under the 7 oclock position. Considering it's age, I would rate this in mint condition. Easily %90+. I just changed its battery yesterday and had it examined, the Rolex AD here in Kuwait claimed that it is in excellent condition and doesn't need servicing.

The watch doesn't come with a box or papers but I have the receipt of changing the battery which documents its authenticity with the serial number that is clear on the caseback. If you really want a box, you can keep yours of the watch that you intend on trading me with but it would reflect on the trade value.

I would consider a trade with any rolex sports model in excellent condition and would set the trade value at $1800. I would pay the difference accordingly via wire transfer or paypal. PM with what you have and more/better pics are available upon request.
