For sale is a near mint condition 42mm stainless steel Rolex Explorer 2. The 216570 is a random serial, was originally purchased from an ORJ in December 2018, and is accompanied by its original box and papers. Included in the set are the inner and outer boxes, warranty card, leather warranty card holder, instruction manual, warranty booklet, both hang tags, and bezel protector. The Rolex features a brushed steel case which is accented by a fixed brushed steel 24 hour GMT bezel engraved with black enamel units. The Explorer 2 is mounted on a brushed steel Oyster bracelet with an Oysterlock clasp and Easylink extension system. The bracelet contains 11 full size Oyster links and sits comfortably on a 7.5 inch wrist with the extension closed, but there’s an extra link in the box as well. The Rolex features a white “Polar” dial with applied black outline Chromalight coated stylized hour markers, black Chromalight coated hands, and a magnified date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 216570 is the Rolex calibre 3187 which features approximately 50 hours of power reserve and was COSC certified. Overall the Rolex is in mint condition with no visible imperfections of note.
