GMT Master 2

Been offered a new GMT Master 2, looks the business with tags, box and guarantee card, however the seller tells me that there is no certificate and that they do not give them out with the new models now??? this is new to me, does anyone know if this is now the case?

You only get the credit card with the serial numbers etc on and a couple of booklets. No certificate.
What model GMT 2, classic or ceramic?

I just got a new V series IIc on the 14th of Feb. I got one hang tag and an old GMT MASTER booklet and the Credit Card warranty card. I got it as a gift from my wife I contacted my jeweler last Tue. He said that all the docs do not come with it anymore. Rolex is going green… however he said he could get it all for me I should know more this week.

Truly a wonderful watch and it wears so great with quick ½ link adjustment in the bracelet and the new if anyone knows me I cannot stop talking about the clasp.
If I was you I would just ask if they could get it. I fyou are paying top dollar then you should get more than a box and a card IMHO

Here's what came with mine

The credit card slot is on the reverse side of the guarantee booklet holder

It should come with the ID card. I don't think your AD could also get you a certificate but I would push for a new green GMTIIC booklet. Your AD should be able to get one of those if yours only came with the old booklet.
