Dealing with Grey Dealers

So it looks like my AD is not going to come through with a Sub for my milestone birthday and so I am considering going grey.
My question is, can you negotiate with the grey dealers or are they pretty firm on their prices. I have never gone down this road and so am looking for some guidance

Negotiations are mandatory.

I have found them willing to move.

Should not be difficult for a Sub.

Or did you mean SubDate?

Everyone’s experience is different. And everyone’s idea of a discount is too.

The answer is always NO, unless you ask. So just ask the seller. (They read these threads btw)

You’ll get a good watch at a fair market retail price for your milestone.

The smaller the dealer the more desperate they are to sell.

I doubt that there is a definitive answer to this one!

I find them very reasonable. At least the ones in Southern Cali.

You don't ask, you don't get.
