Engraving on SD bracelet link

While sizing my Ref 16600 SD bracelet I noticed this 'o' engraved on the back. Not seen it on any other Rolex bracelets I have. Can someone enlighten me as to what it means?

When the link was originally installed on the braclet, you pressed on this link to release the divers extension .

It’s used in conjunction with the divers extensions, you push on the “o” to open the divers extension.

You are not supposed to remove that link when sizing, unless you have taken out all the other screw links.

That one sits next to the J-link inside the clasp and is where you push to unlock the J-link to deploy the extension.

It's pretty common, since it is the first full link on the 12 o'clock side.
