Thoughts on this 1966 Sub 5513

Hi all,

What do you think of this 5513?

According to the seller the watch has had parts replaced with service parts (bezel, hands, crystal) and the dial appears to have been professionally relumed, the dial was not reprinted. Crown is original twin lock and caseback reads reads 5513 'III. 66'

He wants $7900

Thanks
