Green Your Rolex booklet

I currently negotiating a deal for a "full set" V serial # GMT Master II ref 1160710LN from 2008. It will be a 1 for 1 swap with my 2018 Submariner ref 114060 full set.

The full set consists of the watch, inner & outer box, both hang tags, plastic bezel protector, little green leather wallet holding the warranty card and Service Manual booklet, original purchase receipt & GMT Master II instruction booklet.

My question is should there also be the Green Your Rolex booklet or did Rolex stop supplying that particular booklet in 2008?
