So my wife went out of town....

So I decided to go visit my local AD. Once I arrived, the manager greeted me and remembered my name and that I was waiting for Z Blue Milgauss. We chatted for a while and then he mentioned he received a shipment this morning but hadn't opened the box yet. By this time, I had waited around 5 months for the watch. He asked me to wait a few minutes while he went in back to open the shipment. Well guess what he came of the back of the store with? Yes my Z Blue Milgauss! I was extremely excited and I purchased the watch.

Cannot say enough about the AD, if anyone in Hampton Roads VA is looking for a Rolex, go see Jerome at Reed's. Unbelievable customer service!

Oh, in case you were wondering, the wife was extremely happy for me and was just disappointed she couldn't be there to see my face.

Pictures coming!

Lovely piece. I passed it up several times and still have some regrets.

I wish that would happen to me for the GMT II "Pepsi." I want that watch so bad, but not enough to pay current gray market prices.

Congratulations on your new acquisition! Wear it in good health!

Believe it was a sub no date. I was still pretty excited about the watch at that time, just remembered it was nothing on my radar.

Isn't the bracelet squeak from a new Rolex music to your ears? I remember how worried I was the first time I heard that sound from my first Rolex.

Congrats on your nice watch!

I must say that I likely wouldn’t think it was awesome customer service that you waited six months for this watch, and that you just happened to show up after they got a shipment but before they opened it. I’d say that they knew you were on the list, didn’t bother to call, but sold it to you when you happened to show up on the right day. Either way, glad it worked out for you.

Congratulations! The z blue milgauss is a beautiful watch. It is like nothing else which makes it a quirky addition to any Rolex collection.
I enjoy wearing mine in rotation with subs,GMT’s and Daytona’s as it’s so different.

Big congrats. I drove down from NoVA once to buy a Sea-Dweller 16600 from them. Good people.

I always joke that one day I’ll open a bar called The Squeaky Oyster. Once the squeak stops it’s a sign to buy a new watch...
