Rolex 16613 (bluesy) for Cartier 1840 (18k Tank )

Put a post reguarding this before but tomorrow I’m going to swap my Rolex 16613 bluesy for a Cartier 1840 18k Tank Automatic . I’ve wanted this watch for a while and life’s too short . Some say it’s crazy , mad . Well I guess I’m both ;) . Have a good day x

I would do it, no offense but bluesy's are the following: ubiquitous, boring and confusing in the sense that why is a tool dive watch half gold?

Looks aside, you're swapping a Rolex 3135 for an ETA 2000, one of the best working automatic movements for one of the very worst.

I think many Cartier owners don’t care about the movement.

To OP
Congratulations! It’s a stunning watch, very classic design.

I understand where you’re coming from but I have a Royal Oak and a oyster Perpetual for when I really need to tell the time . The tank for me is more aesthetically pleasing .

I think it is a good trade and a beautiful watch. Sometimes I think we get bogged down in technical information and forget that part of the watch experience is passion. The YG Tank is all about passion. Congratulations.
