The question is, why would anybody sell a watch on Ebay for just over half what they could get flogging it to a reputable reseller for zero risk? It’s nonsensical. The pictures are irrelevant as you’d be getting a box of rocks.

Watch in the pics is genuine, but it is a fraudulent listing.
Common scam to Photoshop stolen pics adding a "post-it" note with scammer's user ID/date/etc.
