Opinions on two tone Daytona with black dial

Offered on from my ad, not sure I love, feels a little feminine to me, black dial a bit less so, however let’s see wrist shots and thiughts.

I love it - very, very striking in the metal.
I would grab it .

I'm not a huge fan of two-tone in general, but I nonetheless find two-tone black dial very striking. I've come very close to buying the two-tone black sub.

As opposed to the steel/ceramic, this would be just an addition, I’d like both those, however don’t want to pay over retail.

Also like the solid gold/black dial.

I think the two tone may be a nice 3 way if I ever get call from ad for steel

A picture would help to visualize what specific model you mean; something like this would look nice

I like 2 tone Daytona and just surprised the price isn't higher!

Based on your post I can tell already that you are not in love with this watch. Additionally, this model is not rare nor does it retain value so why settle on a watch you don't really seem to want OP.

I'm not a Daytona or TT fan but that dial does pull it together well.

All look great. My favourite is the black Zenith with gold sub dial rings, followed by the modern Newman Panda style.

Tried this on a few years back. I was actually really impressed at the time and vastly prefer the black dial over the white in this model.

TT sport models aren’t very popular and don’t retain their value. However I think the black dial on this reference looks pretty good.

But if the OP doesn’t absolutely love it then it’s a big pass. It’s not a rare or hard to find piece.

I think it's very good value. First, It's a daytona. Second, You don't pay over retail.

It's a Daytona. Yes it's not the hot hot hot SS but it has a flash of gold and is more wearable than full YG. Any Daytona is pretty damn nice.

You are unsure. Don’t buy unless you love it. It’s a great reference. Popular and definitely not feminine. If I were you, I’d pass.

It is feminine. I felt this way when I tried one on. Too delicate.

Any man who thinks its feminine is insecure in there man hood! Looks great. Two tunes make a SS less boring.

TT black dial is a beautiful watch and not feminine in any way!

I stick to white metals as a matter of personal preference, but the black dial is near the top of the list of TT watches I'd consider. If you like it, go for it!

I have owned the TT Daytona with the black dial before and it is a fine watch. I traded it as partial payment on a YG Daytona. No shortcomings on the watch I just wanted a solid YG model. I would not buy it unless you really want it. Something else will be along. It always is.

Which black dial, 2-tone?

A few weeks back I tried on a 2-tone Panda. It's not for me. I felt it wasn't very masculine. Nice watch though.
