Is this covered under warranty?

I just bought a new rolex and noticed a few problems.

The crown is not aligned when fully screwed in. Mine is pointing east.

The date changes at 12:05 and not exactly at midnight.

I think I’m only getting 69.5 hours of power reserve.

The lume isn’t lasting all night.

Plus I’m not sure if it’s keeping good time. Lost 2 seconds this week, but I need to test it with the dial pointed towards the north star tonight to be sure.

By the way, is it safe to wear my Rolex when giving my buddies a high five when my team scores?

Appreciate your help.

No

No

No

I don't think so (do you wear it in the dark for hours and wake up and can't read it)

Now I just got to this question and realized I'm being trolled but I'll post anyway

And high fives are off limits unless you want your escapement to burst into pieces.

I would send it in, just to be on the safe side.

Or better yet, send it to me.

Pretty sure it’s totaled. In an effort to be environmentally conscious and keep you from just throwing it away I offer a disposal service that will only cost you 10% of the scrap price.

I think that you pretty much covered all of them.

Of course, you know that you have to stomp down there and demand a new watch.

Are you sure you bought it? I would’ve thought you inherited it from your grandfather?

This is the reason why 99.9% of people wear a cheap Quartz watch.

"you can high five with them"

No warranty i'm afraid.
None of these issues is specifically mentioned in the documentation that comes with the watch. Nor are they implied

His name has some thought to it and doesn’t have a series of numbers in it.

(Sorry. But you know it’s true.)
