Bluesy price going North

Anyone else notice the bluesy seems to be starting to go up in price quite sharply north on Chrono24 here in Europe, BNIB is now 2-3k over RRP, I noticed this month it has gone up shy of 1000e

Wonder will trend continue and preowned will follow

Would disagree. From what I’ve seen prices seem the same on it.

These have been very hard to get in Australia for about a year now.
I got mine at the end of February but had to wait 6 months.
Grey dealers are getting RRP for 3-4-year-old ones and up to $2k overs for mint unworn examples 2018/19 models.

Just saw a ceramic nos listed for 11.5k. Has been a few days and still hasn’t sold yet. But yes I’m in Australia and may be different else where

In the US I have seen them in the case in the past few months at area AD’s but was told they get bought within a day or two. I was told this is a new phenomenon here because tt never used to move quickly. The assumption was the increase in tt interest was people being “pushed up market” because no ss are available.

If the bluesy is increasing in price on the secondary market it makes sense. I suppose it’s hard to say as grey dealers have to account for market price in different parts of the world.

People can’t buy SS GMT or Sub so better value is to get the TT bluesy and you save a lot vs paying the grey mkt for a SS. And most AD are sold out of the Bluesy. Get them if you see them. They are already starting to be hard to get.

And more importantly

They are a great watch and extremely ascetically pleasing

That’s good to hear especially you can still pick them from ADs with around a couple of weeks of waiting.

FYI

In the UK I’ve been told generally an 8 month wait now - sound right?

What about those from the 90's?
Although they are not ceramic, I always found the dial with an oval O very sexy.

Of my collection, my absolute favorite, by far.

Love this model. Grey prices falling, though. I would buy it and wear it and not worry about its value.

Not from what I have seen. I actually contemplated picking one up recently because they are one of the few that can be had at under retail. Personally I think this one is under rated. It's such a classic and iconic model.
