Scratched crystal during RSC service

I went to pick up my watch at a RSC (basic service, no polish) and noticed a hairline scratch on the crystal on the upper right. I brought this up to their attention and they went to the picture they take right before service. The quality wasn’t that good, but they said they’ll take me at my word that it wasn’t there when I brought it in and they will replace the crystal and expedite it—at no cost to me.

Very different from my experience at Tourneau a few years ago when I had them service my 1680 and they chipped the minute hand. They told me that it wasn’t their fault since the watch was old. I don’t seem to have any luck with getting my watch serviced. Omega also scratched my bracelet a few years ago! Only RSC did the right thing, though.
