When did Submariner SWISS MADE font change on the dial?

I noticed 2 different font variations on the Sub C 114060 for the tiny SWISS MADE print under the 6:00.

One is more modern looking with a squared shape whereas the other is more rounded. My new Explorer 1 has the more squared font (which I think looks more modern), but the Rolex website photos of the new Subs have the more rounded font.

Anyone know when this changed and why?

I am not sure, but I know at least two different faces exist for the 114060. I purchased mine in January of 2018 and it has the highlighted “SUBMARINER” text. I believe mine is a MK 2.Name: Adjustments.jpg
