Empty box

Hi all
How are you all?
I sent my dropped Batman to Dallas about 2 or 3 weeks ago
And I asked Then to repair and do all options
Today I got the box back ..sealed with all the tape including the Green inside box
And it was empty.:no Batman
I took delivery at the UPD store and there were witnesses and I took a video
Just curious is this Norma practice ?
The other watches I sent came back with everything

Of course I’ll call them Monday
Thanks

Why did you send it in the original box? I never heard someone doing that.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

I didn’t know where else to put it and it seemed like it was more secure that way
And for those who don’t have insurance ..trust me lol get the jewelry or personal articles policy separate from homeowner
It does pay off

Never send away more than you need so you still have the original goodies to your watch. If the box get damaged by the courier
you will get a new (not correct) box as a replacement.

In the future, they will send you a shipping box for free, then you send it in.
