Rubber strap on Yachtmaster blue - suggestions pls

Hi Guys,

I'm picking up a Yachtmaster blue dial soon and keen to match it with a rubber strap, still deciding between Rubber b vs Everest.

What's people's color preference, do I get a solid navy from RB and hope it's a close match to the blue dial or safer option to go a black with red mini stripe? I prefer to use the oem deployment clasp. Any other options to try?

Thanks for your opinions!!

I like the solid black with the stripe. I also prefer the tang buckle if possible. That way I keep the bracelet intact and uniformly mostly unworn. Oddly not all Rubber B's are available with tang buckles which seems odd to me.

I’ve had the green Everest with deployant on my GMT (pics in my recent posts if helpful) absolutely amazing quality but honestly for me I always found myself going back to the bracelet within a week or two. Nice for a change here and there. I have a blue YM considered the blue Everest because it’s an exact match. If you search YouTube there’s a blue one mounted in a few videos looks great but does make the watch very light. I’m a big guy and I already think it’s the smallest I could go personally so I need the bracelet weight. Give it a go nothing to lose whatsoever and as I say quality was incredible. Good luck!

Thanks, I'm concerned about the tang buckle and being in-between so hoping deployment clasp will be a perfect fit.

Thanks, it's meant to be my weekend and holidays watch so wanted to add some color. Will check out the blue strap as suggested.

I recommend considering the Rubber B Velcro — I really like mine on my SubC.

I thought a lot about of this before deciding and ended up going with the Rubber B navy for the deployant and am very happy. Color was a much better match than Everest and black just doesn’t go well w the blue YM (I tried).

Rolex looks best on the original band, the rubber bands make them look cheap

I got the black rubber be with the red stripe and love it on my submariner.

I bet the same with a blue stripe would look great on your Yacht Master

I also have a Everest band, I like both products
