Breitling 765 barn find
Just received a text on a barn find but looking for some input before I go buy it. Here’s the few pics I have.

Well ended up getting it as the price seemed right. The dial definitely seems fake or redone however the movement and case seem correct. It’s also missing it’s bezel. I’ll take it to my watchmaker tomorrow and see if it’s worth restoring.

Dial looks good to me.
Breitling had many with the AOPA symbol on the dial. Print looks straight as well. |

Ref 765 has no bezel. There are bezels on 765AVI and 765CP, but not 765. As discussed of the Breitling forum, dial is correct, not reprinted.
