DateJust too good to be true

My first post on this forum so will start off with a quick intro. I don't consider myself a watch expert but being a designer I do enjoy beautifully crafted, simple objects. My daily wear is a Oris Divers Sixty-Five HODINKEE Ed. Would love a Submariner no date but saving for a house so can't really justify one...just yet.

I recently won a lot of 6 watches at a local auction. I paid £70 for the lot, the watch I was had my eye on was a vintage Ingersoll. I think the watch that caught my eye in the lot for the wrong reasons was a DateJust which I suspect is a replica otherwise bidding would have gone mad, although the auction was very quiet and 99% furniture.

Attached some pics as would be good to double check it isn't genuine before I give it away. I think the clanger for me is the 18k engraved on the back as it clearly isn't gold
