Tudor's movement factory expanding

I thought this news was pretty interesting: the Kenissi factory, which produces movements for Tudor and Chanel, is expanding to produce movements for the new-ish brand Norqain. Could be an indication that Tudor wants to fill the void if ETA starts cutting back supply.
