Using a rolex image in commercial software?
Hi all,
I'm in software development, and we have a piece of software with chronograph style functionality built into it. I thought it would be great to make the chrono facility look exactly like a daytona (or maybe some other classic chronos). Anyone got a view on whether this would be a copyright problem? I suspect it might, but I hope it wouldn't - it would be a fun feature. Any views on whether this would cause problems? |

If it is for profit, then 10000000% for sure, you'll be in trouble.
If there is no money changing hands, then you are fine. Even if you are not-for-profit you couldn't use it as money does change hands.
