Rolex Submariner 11610LV Fat Four (Flat Four)
I have a z series Rolex Submariner 11610LV and it comes with fat four (flat four) and 3 ticks. I seem all the forum and it all can’t give me an answer why, as most told z series are point four.

Anyone can help me?
