Booking Warranty repair.

With everything as it is at the moment how do you connect rolex? I know it seems insignificant at this time by I only have till August. I would like to at least have it in the system at Rolex.
Stay safe !!

Despite ADs being closed, many of them are still accepting phone calls and offering communication. Perhaps that’s a good place to start, call your AD? Rolex might still be answering phones too. Let us know how it goes. I’m curious how they’re handling that.

Rolex phone line is closed with a message saying because of Coronavirus the office it shut, which I completely understand. Ad is just ringing then a answer phone message telling you Opening time.

Dried out oil, so had a loud rotary and a buzz feel from the mainspring.
