How to Remove Crown and Pushers from an ETA 7750 Movement?

OK, question for the watchmakers on TRF:

I want to remove the case from my Tissot watch which has an ETA 7750 movement. But I can't figure out how to remove the crown and pushers. Is it a stem detent that holds the crown stem in, or is it a screw? What about the pushers?

Thanks Cody. I've seen that ETA video before, but unfortunately it doesn't have any info about releasing the crown (or pushers).

sorry, i didn't investigate it too closely - just figured it might have what you need. for your question, i think you'll get better feedback on the TZ watch repair forum.

The crown you pull out while you push on the little post of the setting lever.
The movement will come out.
The pushers are not attached to the movement and are screwed in from the inside of the watch case.

But be sure the stem is in the Winding position before removing. If the stem is in the hand setting position, then something in the keyless works shifts and you will not be able to re-fit the stem without having to remove the entire dial side to fix.

Actually the best position to set the stem in is in the quickset position. I do that with every single watch that has that feature, and I have never had a problem!
