Navitimer B01 43 Issue (maybe?)

Hope you all are keeping well. I noticed something strange on my brand new Navitimer 43 B01, and I’m not sure if it is a defect or not. Was hoping the community's expertise might be able to guide me.

Essentially, the rotor spins when I manually wind the watch. Seems a bit peculiar so thought I’d get your input! So, so sorry to bother you with this, thought I’d get some advice before unnecessarily burdening the Breitling service team.
