G-Shock second timezone question
I'm new to the G-Shock world, but I read the manual and took my time setting it up.
I have my home timezone set to New York and set the time accordingly However when I turn the second timezone on LAX Los Angeles it reads as four hours behind instead of the correct three hours. Does anyone know what I may have done wrong that is making it show it as an extra hour behind? Only thing I can think of is maybe related to DST??? I have that set as "on" since we do have daylight savings time here. Thanks for the help |

I don't think I can. You set the home time by time off UTC if I remember right. I think the DST is the problem but I can't figure out how to fix it. Basically it looks like it is applying daylight savings time to my home time zone but not applying it to and of the second time zones. I need it to apply to LAX

Congrats for cracking the code. I will see if I can apply it on mine.

I still think the simplest approach would have been to automatically apply DST to all time zones that utilize it. Not sure why its something we need to turn on and off. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S10 using Tapatalk |

You can only imagine the hours I put into making the tide flow chart accurate. (I still can’t get it right).

The struggle is real! I've had my G-shock for a few years but haven't worn it for the last year as I just couldn't quite figure out the DST in second time zone issue either. May have to give it another go, you're an inspiration
