Smurf Retail Therapy

My smurf and I visited a mall for the first time in almost two months since the COVID lockdown began. Miami is cautiously reopening. 2 months without wearing a Rolex in public, I was getting withdrawal symptoms.

How about you guys? Which Rolex will you remember as your Post-COVID watch?

Looking good! I’m up the coast in Stuart and have been itching to come down to Miami for retail therapy too, my AD is the boutique in the design district. My wife is still a little concerned to go out much since we have two young kids at home that don’t know any better on not touching their faces. How is Miami vibe, are people slowly starting to come back out and about?

Hi, this is the first weekend we have had anything open here in a few months. We went to dadeland mall and around 50% of the shops were open. All staff with masks and all the customers too. They also don’t accept cash, just credit card. Driving around was also busier with heavier traffic. I believe Aventura mall is also open but we didn’t get out there.

If you’re looking for a Rolex, unless you have a relationship at the design district, I would recommend going to see Adiel at Mayors International Mall. Call him and tell him what you want and tell him I sent you. Drop me a PM.

Miami is opening up indeed! In fact, our office will open in 2 weeks. Not too excited about that, but getting ready nonetheless.

The Smurf is a stunning watch. I know many people are hoping Rolex make this model in steel but I really hope they don't and keep this as a special model.
