index luminos state

I currently own 16610 lv.
In the picture, the 12 o'clock and 9 o'clock index glow is not smooth.
Is it natural aging over time since it's 2003 product?
Or is it serious enough to affect the price?
Is it okay to repaint the glow? Or should I never touch it?

Okay.
First of all, is that glow condition a natural aging phenomenon? Are most 16610lv products in that condition?

I’ve never seen that but definitely don’t touch it if you care about resale value.

If I were you I’d hope there aren’t. I wouldn’t do anything, just enjoy its uniqueness.
