2020 Submariner Bold Font
Hey guys just noticed my SubC that I got in Feb has Submariner text in bold and most that I see don’t. All I found online is that 2014 came like this. My uncles 2016 does not have bold text. Mine was new from AD. Any information on this?

Dial fonts continuously change. The newer Submariners from 2019/2020 seem to be have a heavier/bolder font for the SUBMARINER text. My Sub is from 2016 and has the thinner font.
It's nothing to worry about or be concerned about. Do a search on here and you'll see a lot of threads about small differences in dial text in the same watch. There are a lot of variations of the 1000ft=300m line. |

My 116610LN directly from AD, delivered April 2020, has bold SUBMARINER, but non-bold text in other lines. Tried to post pic but need more posts.

My YG Sub purchased in 2017 has bold font for the word Submariner. They have been this way for perhaps the last several years. Prior the word Submariner was a much thinner font with little serifs on the letters.
