Anyone ever do business with Jaztime.com ?
I was checking out this website and there prices seemed a little overly reasonable ? Specifically this one right here https://www.jaztime.com/rolex-yacht-...tainless-steel Just wondering is this was they really trade for or is there a reason this model is less desirable then other yachtmasters for some reason ? If you guys think this look good ied be interested in buying it but i am hesitant to do such a large purchase form an unknown website.

Chris at Jaztime is a nice guy. $5900 for a 13 year old YM with no box and papers is about right.

They could use a lesson on customer service. When I called with a couple of questions about the condition of a Rolex on their web-site with poor quality pictures, the person I spoke with was rude and vague in his responses. The low price was the only thing going for them, but I paid $1K more elsewhere for piece of mind.

I would stay far far away. All you have to do is google their yelp reviews to see how miserable their customer service is. I'd rather pay a few hundred more and buy from a more reputable place and feel at ease with better service. Also it shows how crooked yelp is as most of their reviews are terrible 1 stars but Yelp shows 4 star rating.

You are fine if you buy from them in regard to authenticity. They have been in Newport for a decent amount of time and they were up the road from me for several years. I believe they moved over to MacArthur to do more of a boutique style but I could be mistaken on that. They do move volume and have for years so their customer service might not be there over phone, email.

I really think the Manager Madison W is bipolar. For your reading entertainment: https://www.yelp.com/biz/jaztime-newport-beach-4

Goodness. Is Madison W a real person? I wonder if the owner is responding to the yelp reviews himself under the guise of the name Madison W. Otherwise how can you possibly remain an employee with such a rude and disgusting attitude towards potential customers.

I could use my personal experience I had with them to write an entire PowerPoint presentation on how to conduct the worst customer service in business history. There are so many things wrong with these people I don’t know where to start.

I once inquired about a trade in. They were selling the same watch I wanted to trade in for $9500. They offered me $3000 for mine. Those are quite some margins :)

Dont buy from jaztime..they are scammers. Sold me a 2019 missing a link and damaged box. When I called them to ask about it they just told me
its a used watch and to deal with it! Even though the listing said 2019 unworn and no mention about the missing link or box. |
