Never buy from jaztime watches.

So I sent an email on a mk1 dial sd43. I have Been hunting one down. The bezel looked polished and the watch was missing the booklets. I emailed them to ask them about it. They said don’t email call. I did call and the person who answered was the rudest person that couldn’t even answer my 2 questions. He said look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I’m sorry but when spending 12k plus on a watch you can’t answer 2 basic questions? Then I got this email from them.

Please do not give these people your money. They clearly don’t care.

I recall seeing a YouTube video from these guys and got the same impression. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

What in the hell?

I interact with all kinds of customers myself so I always try to give the business the benefit of the doubt by saying there are two sides to the story but this is bonkers! Thanks for sharing, I got a laugh out of it.

Not that is matters now but I was asking about the blemish between the 10 or if it was a reflection. I was told to “look at the picture and decide for myself. “

Sorry to hear about your experience with them. I've had good experience especially when I was looking into a couple of Omega and Rolex watches, via email and phone call.

So what would prompt this? I would never buy from them period or anyone who talked to me or any person in this manner. They forgot they are selling luxury goods?

Wow

Give them a bad review on yelp or whatever

See if they reach out to you and try to fix their attitude

So what was your second question? I’d be interested to see the email that they were responding to. Context is important.

I find it interesting they suggest you learn to read while their response is riddled with grammatical mistakes. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but thanks for the warning about them.

Just reading Madison W's responses on Yelp.

WOW.

She starts one comment by referring to the person who posted the review as 'retard'.

Her escort service suggestion appears several times so not so funny after a while.

Hard to believe that a place like that could even stay in business.

Sorry to hear about your experience! You should bring it to BBB. Did you buy the watch and found out the condition and missing booklet when you received it or you were wanting to buy from them? If you bought it and you feel scammed or that the watch was not as advertised, I would make a police report and contact customer fraud protection!

Wow that is truly insane. I think they forgot that the luxury goods space isn’t essential and customer service is important.

Well...unless you’re a Rolex AD

It’s very clear that he never saw the watch in person. Did you read his full post?

The crazy thing is that I saw the Yelp on them and they talk to everyone this way. How is that even possible?
Did you laugh or get upset or were you too shocked to even react?

Sure I have nothing to hide. I think before sending 12k on a watch these are basic questions that could have easily been answered. And FYI the only had 1 picture of the watch posted. I mean it’s hard to get any real information when you only post one picture of the watch online.

You’re 100% correct.
I have experienced the same thing earlier today. I called that guy and pretends to be so busy. I want to ask for the watch and he wanted to just talk about payment. Like I’m asking questions from him and he’ll be like- it’s going to be bank wire, do you have 8k, do you have 15k.
If he’s going to ask this to each customer then who is he going to sell Hahahaha.

He wants your money first and then “TRY” to get the watch. He doesn’t even confirm if he can get it.
I’m comfortable paying first but at least he should confirm if he can even get it.
Very RUDE person. Please avoid.
