Rolex Purchase Help
I have a friend that wants to sell this Rolex to me but I have no idea what model it is and how to verify its real. Can someone please help me know what I'm looking at. He said he bought it in 1990 and it's a midsize. He said offer him a price but I have no idea if it's $2,500 or $5,000
Thanks for your help |

It's impossible to really tell much from these pictures.
However, I would pass, and seek another if you want to pay either of the prices you cite.

The numbers are on the back, he bought it from a Jewelry store that is a Rolex dealer so I'm fairly sure it's real.

Please send some real pix. Your asking for people’s help — how about some focused, numerous, detailed pix?
