Sourcing a 118206 Glacier Blue dial

Does anyone have any sources for a Glacier Blue 118206 Day Date dial? I am thinking of picking one up that has a black dial but I want the glacier blue.

Thanks

Do you mean this one or just the blue dial with sticks or romans? This dial is pretty rare. I bought mine when it came out in 2009 and probably won’t get rid of it as it’s so unique and I think it’s the nicest platinum dial they’ve ever made. Occasionally you’ll see them come up on eBay usually from that company St Blanc that I believe is in Missouri. They also demand a premium over most of the other dials

If I’m guessing correctly, the black dial one you’re looking at has been on my mind for weeks, please buy it so I don’t (also it’s a great price for what it is imo). Chrono24 is pretty good for sourcing dials if you’re patient.

I tried one on at my AD yesterday. 36mm ice blue with the motif dial. I can pass on the info to you but good old California is shut down again so I don't know if they'll be open tomorrow.

As said above Chrono24 is a nice place to keep an eye as some nice deals can be found

Have you seen the 118206 blue in person yet? It isnt as blue as shown in photos and only under certain lighting conditions. I bought one from capetown a few months ago and thought the dial was silver-ish and they sent me the wrong one. I still love it but will have to pony up for the newer blue version at some point

True, it is a pale blue but can look darker in some shots.

I’ve also been really searching, specifically for a glacier waves dial, for nearly a year to replace my 118206’s factory Rhodium/Romans, but to not avail. Jon @ Sant Blanc has had nothing, and Capetown doesn’t seem as willing to even go that far. At this point, I may have to abandon my 1st choice, for something glacier. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated.
