I知 baaaaaaaack 126600

So in early 2000 I bought a 16600 and had it for a few years. I fell on some hard times and sold the watch.

I got back into the watch game around 2008. I started with Breitling. Got married to an amazing woman and get a Panerai.

That lead to another Panerai and a few Bell & Ross. Then I got a beater Milgauss GV at an amazing price.

But back to my first love, the SeaDweller. My brother in law had one. We talked about me getting one as well. Then in Feb of last year he died in a car accident. I made a promise to myself that I would be back in the SD game in his honor.

I got the call yesterday.

To my dear brother in law, James. I miss you everyday. You would have loved this. Clinked a celebratory bourbon, sat back on your deck and smoke a Cuban.

This is for you.

You made the comeback with one of the best SD model Rolex makes.
Sorry about the loss of your relative, enjoying your new SD would have been on a different level with him still there. :-(

Great sentimental come back! Enjoy every bit of the SD43. Just look how amazing the matte dial highlights the red line text at your picture! Pure class! Cheers for the ones that we lost.

Great way to remember and honor him- you'll never look at that watch (or light up a Cuban) without thinking of him, and that's the way it should be, and something that I watch should bring out. You've got it figured out.
