Datejust for girl

What size do you think is more suitable for a girl who can't reach 14.5 mm of wrist? Which is more elegant?

Both look great to me, but left is more elegant IMO.

It’s hard to tell because the one on the right isn’t fitted properly on the wrist. The left one looks better, but that could just be since it’s where the watch should be on the wrist. Pictures of the watches on the wrist proper instead of side by side, might give a more conclusive consensus. The left looks more elegant, the right more modern.

I agree, both look fantastic on a woman's wrist but the smaller one is more refined and elegant.

My petite wife says larger. She wears a new Tudor S&G Chrono on Bund. Also, she finds calling a small watch a “Girls” version insulting. Just the messenger here don’t shoot me

To be fair to OP, he didn't call it a "girl's" version. He said it was a watch for a girl. Who knows, maybe it is for his teenage daughter?

I say 36 - keep in mind apple watches or similar start at 38. I know that is needed for the sceen size, but people get used to wearing/seeing that size watch. I think for that reason alone, unless you have very very small arms/wrists, I wouldn’t go lower than 36.

Definitely go with the smaller one if you're looking for a more streamlined and elegant look.

My petite wife loves her 41mm Tudor Ranger, wears my 42mm Breitling and would rock my Sub and Batman if the bracelet fit. The "dainty" Omega women's watch I bought her 15 years ago hasn't been worn in years. Most of the women at my AD wear men's Rolex.

Good point! When it comes to women, girls, my wife, I’ll just stay out of it...

I think right looks slightly larger but not too large and is perfect. Don't go any larger than that. It's a 28 vs 31 right? If so, don't even try go for 36. It'll be way too big.

Ii wear a DJ36, Tudor BB58 and a Cartier Tank L. All of my women friends wear similar sized watches with some wearing larger references. The smallest I would consider is 34

I like the smaller one, but of course, that would up to the lady in question.

14.5 mm? I think the OP meant cm, which would be about 5.7 inches.
Anyway, up to the girl/lady in question.

Get her the 36mm.

I know heaps of petite women that wear a 36mm and its perfect for them. Any smaller it looks too small even for smaller women.

The bigger one. The smaller one looks outdated IMO.
