Authentic Rolex ??
HI Guys:
I don't think I need to attach a picture to get an accurate answer to this question: Did they ever make a Rolex 18k YG with non-fluted dial, and Oyster bracelet? The reason I ask, is because a friend of mine asked me if his watch was a "real Rolex" and I told him I would evaluate it for him. What I found was a watch with authentic looking bracelet markings, BUT there was no serial number on the case under the bracelet, and no model number on the other side of the case. I was of the opinion that all Rolexes had serial number and model number engraved in the case, that you could only see after bracelet removal. . . Is that true ?? |
