Faulty Dial New DJ36
Brand New rolex DJ36 has faulty dial, we’re it says Officially on the dial the LL has been smudged or marked somehow, only noticed it when took a picture of dial and seen it when zoomed in. Took it back to DMR today they said it was a fault and would have to go back to Rolex to see what they say, not a good experience. So much for Rolex attention to detail.

Unusual if it was from an AD - the watches go through such a detailed QC process. Still not impossible I suppose...
Better check my new DJ36 also! Sorry to hear. |

Thats what I thought because it was from a AD it would of been properly checked but obviously not. Will definitely be checking from now on when buying New watches. Try and get some pics up later on.

Stuff happens everywhere to everything. Errors occur and QA sometimes misses them.
AD's are not inspectors; they are sales people. Rolex will take care of it for you; they take issues seriously.

This is what the warranty is for. Should come back as new.
