Any 116610LV owners interested in a Cermit?

The new watch doesn't make me want it more than the LV with the green dial. Any other owners feel the same or do you guys feel like you need the Cermit to add to the hulk?

I'm with you. The Green Sunburst dial is just sooo special!

If you're gonna make a new thread like this it would have been nice to have a poll..

JMHO but these are two completely different watches. Green dial is intended to be flashy and the ceramic Kermit is more subtle.

Sorry no poll. Just more interested in opinions than raw data though.

Don't see anyone with a green dial moving into a black dial green bezel watch IMO

More of a SHREK than a Cermit.

But size wise the character Hulk dwarfs the character Shrek. There's a discrepancy in nickname to size ratio

And theres also a discrepancy in Size to Nickname ratio. The size of the new 41mm being bigger than the Hulk(40mm). Hulk dwarfs Shrek on tv, but the watch doesnt in real life. lol

One thing is for sure this will only drive up the prices of the original 50th anniversary 16610lv's.

I personally like the new 126610LV with the thinner lugs but it will always be second best to the 50th anniversary 16610lv in my opinion.

I would’ve preferred Rolex keep the colored dials on the LV and LB in WG, but the black dial/color bezel options are interesting nods to the Kermit. Don’t usually like nicknames but Cermit is pretty funny

We’ll see if it’s actually bigger. The DJ41 is not really 41mm...

IMO prices on the original Kermit will start to plateau a bit as it's completely updated with the ceramic bezel. I'm pretty certain this model takes out some of the Kermit demand.

Prefer my hulk and not interested in any of the new 2020 models, which is good for my bank account. Happy with what I got.

Zero interest in the Cermit.

Really not interested in many of them. If I didn’t have a 114060, I could see jumping on the new sub but no desire to sell/trade.

The Sky on OF is interesting.

I contacted my AD for a Cermit once we found the brochure on website. So I’m like 30-60 min before release. So I better be #1 in line

I’ve always wanted a Kermit so having a new version will get my by. I think the bezel is darker than the hulk which I like. The bezel on hulk is the weakest aspect of the watch IMO.

I wanted a hulk from an ad... been waiting for that call ...but would turn down the new green bezel thing... . Zero interest in another black dial...with a green bezel that’s just has that aftermarket/afterthought look to it... hulk was it’s own thing... the new Kermit is just a black sub with a bezel that looks aftermarket to me... it prob looks good in person and I reserve the right to change my mind and grow to love it but just am bummed rn about the hulk being a thing of the past and all these new black dials.

I don’t think so, will be the opposite. This one is similar and better.

I’d never sell my hulk for this new ceramic Kermit but if it has a darker green bezel like it appears, it will be a hit and I’d love to add it (definitely over a standard black sub).

I agree that non ceramic Kermit prices with plateau.
