Black Bay 58 on 7.5 inch wrist opinions
So I’ve got a 41mm black bay, blue bezel/black face and a Black Bay GMT on order but have recently fallen for the black bay 58 blue that’s 39mm. I’m considering adding this to the stable but am unsure how it would look and I have no ad within 200 miles.
This won’t be replacing the 41mm’s, it would be in addition to. How do you guys think it would look on a 7.5 wrist on a 6’3 guy? Should I forget the idea and start scouting the secondary’s |

I don't think that anybody would notice the difference except you.

I have a 7 inch wrist and just tried on the bb58 the other day. The blue dial is striking and overall looks much more refined than my bb41 blue, imho. With that being said it may end up being too small for you. Wish I had taken a pic. I walked away happy *enough that I owned the 41mm case size instead.

Get the Blue BB58 and buy it on the metal bracelet.

For what it’s worth I’m 6’3 with a 7 inch wrist and love the way the BB58 (black)
fits my wrist. Had it over 6 months and still admiring it. |

I have a 7.75 wrist and wear 36-38mm watches almost exclusively.
I prefer the feeling of my watch wrapping around my wrist versus sitting on top of it. Whether something is small or big is entirely up to you. |

Thanks for the opinions. It is a beautiful watch for sure. I love Tudors hand set...love it.
Just don’t know...I’m a bigger guy in general at 250lbs. I’m leaning towards yes...read it’s 39.5. Damn damn damn lol |

My wrist is 7.25" and I routinely wear 36mm watches. I think 39mm would look fine on a 7.5" wrist.

I have the 58 Blue and after a couple of hours the bracelet digs into my wrist (7.5) I have other 39mm watches with no problem.. I will order a Nato and see how that fits.

Obviously no reason your couldn't wear a 58. I will say that when I saw one at my AD not too long ago it looks very small to me. The issue is not that it is actually that small, but once you get used to a 41mm or larger watch the 39mm watch that is significantly thinner is going to look at seem small. I would try to see one before buying. Maybe someone will send to you with the option of returning if not happy with the size???

You’ll forget about it being slightly smaller very quickly. It’s an amazing watch. I LOVE mine.

Sadly the only way to know for sure is get it and try it out. I predict that between the standard BB and the BB58 you’ll have a preference for which you like better. To everyone else, either will look great.
