Heres his first feedback:
Having trouble authenticating Rolex, Email and calls unanswered. Retract bid

UHHHH I rather spend an extra thousand or two and get peace of mind that your getting the real deal...

Im a long time EBAYER and I dont understand the new feedback policy, apperantly reading the feedback you can tell this guys a theif but why does his feed back percentage show up as 100%. Does anyone know the logic behind this?

I believe feedback now counts for one year.

He received one positive feedback over one year therefore 100% positive.
