A fine Chronograph

Not to bag on a Rolex chronograph, they ae nice and I have no issues with them. Just thought you may like to see one of mine.

It is a 1940's oversized CH30 in a pink gold case with tear drop lugs and square pushers. I cannot take pictures for the life of me so some make it look dented or dirty but it is not, in fact it is almost mint.

Value??? Well I do not know but 5 years ago I was offered $7000 and know it is more now....

Enjoy

Oh and the pink gold is lost on me. I am slightly color blind and cannot tell. This one is pink but my camera skills are lacking.

Very nice. And the photos are fine, too.

It's interesting that they used two different types of hands on the sub dials. Are the sub dials a silver color or is that just the lighting?

I'd hang on to that watch if I were you. It will only become more valuable.

Dial is silver and original. I have only seen one other of these and it had the same hand set up.

I love it and have been wearing it for a couple of weeks.

Also there seems to be some sort of face appearing on the crown, think it could be Ming the Merciless!!!
