Rolex Kermit

Hi all,

Sorry if this has been covered previously.

So I see that Rolex have launched a new Kermit for 2020 (looks gorgeous), do we think that this will mean that the original Kermit will rise in value?

Cheers

SK

I think the 16610lv (not including flat 4) is one of the most undervalued modern Rolex right now.

I sure hope so!! As a matter of fact almost all Rolex watches are rising in value, old and new. As they say, a rising tide raises all ships!!!

The five digit Kermit has steadily risen in price. If you want one get it now, because They won't be cheaper any time soon. My.02.

How about the black bezel GMT master II with green GMT hand? Will that rise in value also in the future?

Yes, I believe all ‘affordable’ Rolex watches will become scarce, even the Datejusts etc.

And affordable extends even to two tones because they are strictly speaking, not very expensive for people who wish to dabble in luxury.

Everything single model in the entire Rolex range is moving up the scarcity ladder.

People say it will never be like PP. I cannot speak for the quality of PP because I have never had one, but demand relative to supply?

Rolex is certainly getting there if it isn’t already. All Rolex has to do is whatever they’ve been doing.

Keeping certain desirable models scarce, keeping MSRP steady and most importantly, keeping production down.

Oh yes they are there.
