AP Parts and Service
So I recently acquired my first AP piece a few months ago via grey as I didn’t want to wait the 1 year AP told me when I visited them.
But after a months daily wear, I accidentally scratched the AP logo in the clasp, no idea how. I’m generally not a person that cares much about scratches and just move on enjoying the piece but where this scratch was and the way it catches the light whenever I’m admiring the bracelet, just hurt my eyes! Not as noticeable in pics but definitely catches the light a lot when viewed in person. So being unable to live with it, I reached out to AP customer service who directed me to AP House in London, closest boutique as I’m in Ireland. Explained my situation to the technical advisor I was assigned there and asked if there is anyway of fixing it or ordering just that square AP logo plate as it can be removed easily via a screw and bar. She then informed me that I can order that piece for £140 GBP which I thought was very reasonable so went ahead. After few weeks wait, got email saying my part was in AP house London and when can I come in to fit, but due to travel restrictions at the moment here, asked if she can post to me. Then got a phone call and she went ahead and took my payment over the phone and then informed me they will Fedex overnight it to me in Ireland at no extra cost, which I thought was great! So here it is, which includes a lovely pouch, and to my surprise the link attached to the logo plate and also new bar and screw, all for £140! So really happy with my experience with AP service, even though I didn’t purchase the watch directly from them, they helped me out as if I did. Another interesting point was that they had all my email, phone number and address on file which I provided when I visited AP House and registered interest for the RO, at least I know they didn’t just throw it in the bin as I had no purchase history before. Has anyone else ordered parts from AP and found the pricing very reasonable? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I've not ordered parts in the same way as you, but I have ordered other bits and pieces. AP House London rocks, all of them are great.

Yes, great things about AP include not only being fine watches but the dealers are in my experience way above the average (thinking of Rxxxx) and service and parts are available at reasonable cost and service duration (thinking of Pxxxx). And I'm also a fan of the xxxxx watches.
