This is a screen capture from when Jerry Seinfeld interviewed him for Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. He wore that sweater during the episode. If you haven't seen the episode, it is one of the best ones. Jerry Lewis still was on fire even at the end of his life. That episode and the one with Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner are awesome. Absolute legends...

Mr. Lewis can wear whatever the hell he wants. Legend by any measure.

Folks, some are taking this the wrong way. I am a HUGE fan of this man. He was a true gem in so many ways. This is not about him its about the watch size...

Yes! Brooks and Reiner eating dinner and watching Jeopardy together is amongst the most endearing things I've ever seen.

How is he showing disrespect to Jerry Lee? His opinion is that the watch is too small and I agree.

I think I understand what the OP is saying. Especially for purposes of this forum (in general) most of us are used to men’s watches commonly in the 34mm to 44mm range. But I can give you a couple of real world examples of a smaller watch (what many of us would consider a women’s watch) looking just fine on a man. I was recently assisted by a clerk at a clothing store who had his own very distinct individual style. He wore a couple of cool (on him) bracelets and a very small vintage watch that most certainly was intended for a woman. But it looked smashing on him. He totally rocked that look. Could I pull off such a look? No way. But that’s just another aspect of what makes watches so cool. Also, I’ve seen old photos of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Andy Warhol wearing smaller watches that looked totally appropriate and cool.

Maybe it belonged to his mother and he wore it in her honor.

Why not wear all the different sizes.

I am sure the late Mr Lewis had other watches.
