For sale is a near mint 42mm 18k rose gold Patek Philippe Chronograph. The 5070R-001 comes with box and papers. The Patek was originally purchased at a US AD in 2005 by a collector who only wore this watch only a handful of times. The silver dial has rose gold Arabic hour markers, 30 minute chronograph register at 3, and continuous seconds at 9. The brown alligator strap is brand new OEM, the old strap will be included with the package as it still has a little bit of life left. The strap is secured by an 18k rose gold deployment clasp. The Caliber CH 27-70 manual wind movement is on display through a sapphire crystal caseback, has approximately 60 hours of power reserve, and is running beautifully. There is a tiny flea bite in the edge of the crystal near 11 o’clock that I could not see with the naked eye, but only with a loupe, otherwise the piece is minty.

Shall deliver with 15 month in house warranty on the movement for $63,900 plus state tax where applicable.
